Administrator is the default user for all intellexes, and cannot be erased.

It is always advisable to add STAFF, to protect the system and its settings from un-authorised or

restricted staff. Depending on the Person in charge - it might also be useful to add their name -

with some restrictions.

To add STAFF;

Click ADD, enter STAFF as the username. Then enter 0000, as the PIN. This will be the same for

all installations, as it is the most restricted user, there is no need to hide this PIN.

The only selection from the list to be enabled is: Playback - enable. Then click OK.

Now with STAFF selected, click ENABLE, YES, and your Admin's PIN.

Then do the same with Administrator (if disable option is shown when this user is selected).

Once the Administrator is enabled, you have access to log out (Log on) as another user.

If you log on as STAFF, you will have less rights, and it will be more difficult for you to make

changes to the system - ideal if you are leaving it in the control of your staff.

You should only enable th administrator whilst you are using the system, then log out when you are

finished.
